Have you gone inside stark mountain twice? Fought Galactic Commanders Mars and Jupiter?
EDIT: 1. First you have to go to Stark Mountain 2.Talk to your rival and Crasher Wake 3. Talk to Buck 4. go into Stark mountain 5. go forward then youll find a cave 6.go into the cave 7. There will be nothing there 8. now leave stark mountain and go to Bucks house talk to him 9.hill give a stone now go back into that cave 10 Heatran should be there
